Dr Pitkauskiene joined Smilepod in 2012 and ever since has been accepting referrals for endodontic treatment from general dentists within Smilepod and across London.
After graduating from the University of Vilnius, she completed three-years full-time postgraduate specialist training in Endodontics in Lithuania. She moved to London in 2009, joined the GDC specialists’ list in Endodontics and began working as an Endodontist in several private practices in London.
For six years, Daiva worked as a Specialist Clinical teacher at King’s College London, Guy’s hospital, where she had the pleasure of sharing her knowledge and experience with undergraduate students.
Daiva is a perfectionist and always strives to provide the highest quality treatments for her patients. She is a highly-skilled professional, with extensive experience in Endodontics, using operative microscope and applying new technologies. She is passionate about learning and has attended numerous courses and conferences all over the world. Daiva has a particular interest in Endodontic treatment of teeth with morphological anomalies and enjoys challenging re-treatment cases.
Daiva is a member of the British Endodontic Society, European Society of Endodontology and Langham Endodontic Study Group.

Daiva speaks four languages, loves travelling, skiing, yoga and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
