Smilepod Bank is surrounded by many attractive places.
Are you visiting us during lunch time? Good opportunity to grab a lunch from Mexican restaurant Poncho, Pret a manger, Italian restaurant Earls or opened in 2015 EATJ
Don’t forget about morning coffee from Curators Coffee Studio or freshly made smoothie from Vital.
If you need a haircut we recommend visiting Blades hairdresser saloon which is just opposite Smilepod.
If you like time traveling you should visit The Bootlegger vine bar.
If you are a tourist and/or you didn’t see much in London Smilepod Bank is located 15min walk from Tower of London, Tower Bridge and Monument to the Grate Fire of London.
Stroll through Leadenhall Market: This is a fantastic shopping destination at the heart of London’s Square Mile. The cobbled marketplace covered by a glass Victorian roof provides a great atmosphere for locals and tourists alike. If you are a movie buff you might recognised it from the Harry Potter films under the guise of the magical shopping district ‘Diagon Alley’.
Do some shopping: If you like arts and crafts or bargains – there are plenty of treasures to be found. Equally if you are hungry or thirsty you are surrounded by delights to sample – it is a foodie heaven. If you like you could come a little early for your lunch and then visit us for your teeth cleaning.
Take a look up: If you have some time when visiting our City of London Bank Studio, we recommend talking a walk past some of the most striking and iconic modern architecture London has to offer. We are just steps away from the new ‘Walkie-Talkie Building’ on Fenchurch Street and round the corner from the ‘Inside-Out’ Lloyds building on Leadenhall Street. Even if you don’t have time to stick around, make sure you take a moment to look up as you approach our studio!
Keep an eye out: There are always new shops popping up so be sure to visit regularly so as to not miss out.
